Exploring the Factory: The Birth Journey of a Good Mattress

The birth of a high-quality mattress began with rigorous screening of raw materials.

 Our production process is mainly divided into three core stages:

1. Core support: Made of high-quality carbon steel wire, it is crafted by a fully automatic CNC spring forming machine

 and undergoes high-temperature heat treatment to ensure uniform and long-lasting support for the spring. 

Each set of springs undergoes rigorous pressure testing.

 

2. Comfortable layering: According to ergonomic design, natural latex, high elasticity sponge or memory cotton are 

precisely cut and layered. We insist on using environmentally friendly water-based adhesive for bonding, ensuring that 

each layer of filling is tightly adhered and provides just the right wrapping feeling.

 

3. Edge stitching and quality inspection: Experienced craftsmen carry out fine edge stitching to ensure that the edges 

do not collapse. Every mattress that leaves the factory must undergo pressure testing, rolling testing, and odor detection

to ensure safety, durability, and no odor.
