Pearl fiber is the use of high-tech means of nano-grade pearl powder in viscose fiber spinning into the fiber, so that the fiber body and appearance of the uniform distribution of nano-pearl particles. Specifically for the pearl protein functional masterbatch and fiber grade resin slices constitute, said functional masterbatch includes: pearl protein ultrafine powder additives 15% to 40%, coupling agent 2.5% to 9%, dispersant 15% to 25%, carrier resin 36% to 67%. The manufacturing method is to knead the above materials at high speed during the heating process and extrude them by twin-screw co-mingling to make functional masterbatches; the functional masterbatches are dried and added to fiber-grade resin slices, spun by melt extrusion, and then post-treated to make functional synthetic fibers. The nano pearl particles are evenly distributed inside and outside the fiber, and one fiber is like a string of pearl necklace, which is exceptionally bright and smooth. Can be blended with a variety of fibers, cotton, Tencel, Modal, cashmere and other various fiber blends.
